I'd say about 90% fluent. I have a BA in Spanish but then I worked at a carwash for 10 years. It was the equivalent of traveling, since I was there 40-50 hours a week and the only white boy up there.Helped immensely, I'd say that immersion is the best option.

Duolingo app is free and has a nice chunk of languages that you can learn. kinda like a mobile rosette stone.I want to learn how to speak french. Where should I start?
