Morals existed before religion, and they will continue to exist after religion.
Most things we view as morals stem from the idea of self preservation and success of our species. Thou shall not kill, because societies work better when people are working together not killing everybody, if we all went out killing each other the human species would go extinct. Thou shall not steal because if everyone was out stealing then none of us would have anything to steal. Religion or the bible didn't come up with morals, they just framed them in a more compelling controllable way.

Just So You Know, Im Not Athiest, Im Not Against The Idea Of God, But I Dont Agree With The Idea Of Religion
With That Said The Moral Standard Giver Is Whatever Society We Live In

Many societies worked well with a scapegoat that the ruler wanted killed. Many societies have prospered with the ruler stealing anything he wanted. Good morals doesn't always = prosperous civilizations. But what are 'good' morals anyway.

Basically post World War 2 Nazi trials. Allies punished Nazi's who at that time believed in their ideology and thought it was good. Obviously the Allies (or the World for that matter) were not thinking subjectively in their morality. They thought of an objective good. Which I believed realistically most of us do.
