My nephew was being a hoe about not getting some game for his Wii u this last Friday. I sat him down and made him watch the suicide bomber episode w/ the young kids. He stopped that shyt instantly. Kinda back fired cause he had all these questions after it was over. I'm a huge fan of vice, I watched every episode they have on youtube.

I've never witnessed a thermobaric weapon in action, but seeing that Vice footage made me think of the first time I saw/heard a PHALANX/C-RAM in action. Joint was scary as hell :whoo:

respect to their teams on the ground! couldn't believe that shane smith (vice owner) actually sat eye to eye to a known kidnapper, osama associate & taliban leader and asked him dead in his face about the ironies of killing other muslims and the islamic teachings of peace....

crazy shyt.

Just peeped the last two joints. :smh:@them interviewing Kenneth Rogoff, of the discredited Reinhart-Rogoff paper fame about the economic unrest in Spain. :deadmanny: And he had the nerve to say they went too far with belt-tightening economic policies.

The FDLS piece was good. The Mauritania shyt was :scusthov: The India piece was sad. fukk that a$$hole gazillionaire and his custom car club, building the largest home in the world and driving his Lambo around people starving and dying in the streets.

no personal beef. i just didnt like the ironic and exploitative tone of some of their "documentaries". some of their work gave me the vibe of "wow, look at these weird exotic people" when there was some veneer of reporting or caring about the subject.

i was literally thinking this last night when the host went to india. he kept referring to it as the slums and his smugness was making me want to slap the shyt outta him.

it felt like he thought he was in a zoo reporting on the animals. look but dont touch. oh wow look they live in their own feces, disgusting. they work and live in the factories cuz they dont make enough to live on their own, wow how terrible for them. and then he goes back home to his condo. very distasteful.

but that little fukker with the glasses cracks me up. he's so awkward and they always give him the worst stories :bryan:
