try to get into a schedule, you probably do the same shyt every day.
Chances are you work an 8 hour shift like most people do, that's half of your day right there. You take an hour to get ready in the morning, an hour to commute each day. That is already 9 hours gone.
Break off the other 6 into segments if possible. Eating dinner is probably something that takes you about an hour. Gym, Time with GF/Wife/Kids, TV/Coli, Side Hustle?
I don't have ENOUGH time during a whole date...I am usually exhausted because I try to fit as much as possible into my 17 hours. My girl said the other day "I have no idea how you have so much energy", its not really about so much energy...its simply due to the fact that I hate to waste time so that when it IS time to crash...man I am OUT.
