Any tips for getting better well rested sleep?

Brehs I can't sleep for shyt! :damn:

My mind is always racing like I need to be doing something.

I guess it's because there's so much I want to do right now in my life I feel like if I'm sleeping I'm losing :birdman:

Any tips :why:

Someone told me drink tea. Doesn't that have caffeine in it tho :noah:

but what has always worked for me is to Read a book. Watching TV or playing on the computer just before bed is bad because it makes your mind extremely active. Reading a book will slow your heartrate and make you sleepy.

Exercise, Meditation, Melatonin.

Sometimes it's hard for me to go to bed on a Friday night because I know that I don't have work the next day but then I end up waking up dumb early on Saturday thinking I have to be up. So I pop two tiny pills and then even when I turn to wake up on Saturday I'm so done that I go right back to bed and wake up like 11 instead.
