Nope. Not trolling at all. If the kids are in school,

What are stay at home people doing between 8 to 3 that makes it so hard?
Well for the first 5-6 yrs, depending on the temperament on your kid, its a round the clock type of thing. some kids are chill AF, some kids are FUKKIN NUTS. shout out to people who have nut ass kids :wow: then but most people kids be staggered, so once one is in school, the other one still at home. so for like 10 yrs after having first kid, IF you not trying to have a crazy, malnourished, idiot child. u watching, feeding, reading to them, etc... there's more that goes into it, emotionally and other shyt. once the last one makes it to a point u aint 100% focused on them, the woman done put in around 10-15yrs of solid work hours. thats a very basic breakdown, a full time moms could prolly run that shyt down

I see this subject all the time and looking at how expensive everything is, it don't really seen possible. Can you feed a family of 4 solely on an $80k income? Would the women be content not living luxurious?

It doesn't seen logical for a man to pay for everything unless he makes $200k/yr.
This is the silliest online shyt to me. If a woman genuinely likes you she’ll literally live in a damn box with you. It’s when you’re dating someone who doesn’t actually like you that you have to jump through all of the extra shyt.

I don't have any reason to troll breh, it's an honest question.

8 to 3 what are stay at home people doing?

Cleaning for 7 hours?
Cooking for 7 hours?
Grocery shopping everyday?
I get ur not trolling but ur talking like a child. Think. I get u don't have kids but think about how hard it is to raise Kids. I'm blessed to have someone there 24/7. Another poster said....the first 7 yrs equates to 30 yrs of work.

any african brehs on this forum? they might be your best bet
We’re talking about paying 100% in America while living a middle class to upper middle class lifestyle. Paying 100% in Africa is a lot easier lmao

I make loooowww 6 figures.

I told my wife she could stop working if we sold our house and moved to the free/empty house I have in south GA.

She don’t want to reduce our expenses… so she is going to keep working.

Oh I'm not saying toddlers and kids are easy. But when they're in school 8 to 3, what's so hard? Even staggered, the kids are usually 3 to 4 years apart at most.

I'm moreso saying when they get older and hit around 11 or so. Hell I was cooking at 13.

If I have kids, I'm teaching those b*stards to be self sufficient at 7.

Breh we had a pandemic where adults was damn near begging for schools to open.

From 8 to 3, what exactly is a stay at home person doing assuming kids isn't acting up in school?

I got some coworkers that have wife’s who just are stay at home moms

I make about 180-190k, and probably pay about 70% of things but the wife works, makes 70k and does a lot of stuff around the house and with the kids

I refuse to ever have my wife be a stay at home mom full time, but she puts in work with our 2 year old while still working (from home)

Cooking, cleaning, taking a minute to recharge before they spend from 3-6 doing pick up and taking kids to activities, practice, or helping with homework and bath time. Even as a very self sufficient teen, I did a lot of activities so my mom had to pick up and drop me off (she worked), this is even more true for kids these days who are a lot more sheltered and have no interest in getting their license to drive themselves. Even with HS aged kids, you can stay busy doing the things during the day that you won’t have time to do when all the kids are home

This depends heavily on where you live and your own standards of living. What’s good living to me may not be to you and vice versa.

$80k household income before or after taxes? I don't got kids but that don't seem possible for a family of 4.... Especially if you livin in a detached house.... But if you do manage that in a detached or somethin shyt like vacations and extracurricular fun stuff probably won't be happenin wit that income for a family of 4 unless you mad frugal lol
