I cut my lawn, but only cuz I have a riding lawnmower. If i didn't, fukk that.

And now that it's football season, I be wanting to pay someone.

The trade off is that I have a house cleaner come every other week that hits me for $180. My house looks and smells amazing afterwards.

I dont know the contracts because like i said, they were my family's shyt. I made 12 an hour on construction (straight raped) and about $100 a day landscaping

Government contracts are tough to get regardless... Especially when they have their own services. I did help with the construction of Master P's old house

Yes I know that clown. I do know that its not just one resident a day. Try 8-12 with 2 and 1/2 people during the blazing hot summer of Louisiana with 100% humidity... While hungover drunk because you still want to have a social life on your days off... Then holla back

And that's the issue with a lot of landscape help ... they show up hungover and shyt or on some loud and either efficiency is compromised or they go home feeling like Shyt and miss pickup the next day , talking.about some "y'all left me."




That's why I fux with 'migo and nem. ... be up til 4am dusting off a 24 of corona and get up 2hours later and get it IN.



Professionalism is tough to find for your landscaping crew. That's the one wildcard I'm concerned about. ... and the oversaturation of the market ... but Shyt , professionalism is tough to find period these days. Its just more glaring with the labor intensive jobs .

I'm good at cutting and what not, and do it weekly, but I put the scott's turfbuilder out there in the spring, and the weeds are still outta control. I need to let the pros fix it up, and then I'll do it once it looks better.

I got the turf builder out in the shed too but a lot of times that alone won't work ... gotta call in the professionals.

In some subdivisions , that yard Shyt is so serious , you can keep your shyt manicured but if you don't have that greeny green a1 turf grass , neighbors will give you the side eye.

I'm good with the lawn , yard maintenance but lawn care isn't my forte. ..

You should know.the difference between landscaping , lawn care and landscape & lawn maintenance if you really do this shyt.

They all are distinct areas with a tad bit of.overlap .

we don't really have subdivisions in the city, but most of my neighbors have lawn services, and they yards look good.
