Man, I'd have no problems letting my kids play football if that's what they want to do.

I'm not a big dude so I assume they wouldn't go pro or might even having trouble being good enough for college ball.

Most dudes I know that played football only at the high school level are fine. It's the guys that played college and pro ball that are jacked up.

Hell, my knees are jacked up just from playing pickup basketball for 15 years. Part of it just comes from getting old and putting wear and tear on your body.

Feel sorry for him but there is risk with anything athletic/constant physical exertion, especially contact sports. You know how many trained ballerinas have hip and feet injuries as they age (professional dancers generally have some ugly fukked up feet), so next your daughters can't enroll in dance too? Where are the Coli fathers in Alabama and Texas? Thread can use some testosterone :scust: Jim Brown still talking shyt and walking good at age 70+ and OJ's old ass in jail beating nikkas down.

I understand. What American age 80 doesn't have knee and joint problems? OJ is healthier than most 65 year olds. Incorporate hot yoga into your program, will help you as you age. Also limit starch intake. Inflames the joints. Sprinter's have knee problems. Boxing I can understand avoiding because of the constant blows to the head.

Some of the comments disturb me. I guess there aren't too many black Archie Mannings around to start NFL legacies.

Nah. Most of it is facing gradually bigger and faster players the higher you go up and your body just not being meant to withstand the punishment

This thread is hilarious.

There are some people posting in here that cheer huge tackles like the Roman colloseum days and call athletes pussies for avoiding hard hits. Same nikkas talking about the game has turned soft and how the 80's were better when nikkas were playing without any guaranteed health benefits. :mjlol:

Baseball is the way to go. More money, longer career and practically no life long health issues.

Nah breh golf. Play til 50 then play on the senior tour for another 20 years. Endorsements are big money, less stress on your body. Being a top pro golfer is a better gig than any other top athlete.

golf always seemed like a sport impossible to get injured in but now i realize their feet/hips/knees have to be kinda fukked from all that swivel and shifting lol
