This was sprung up from the Damar Hamlin situation. I was on Twitter the night it happened and between the condolences and people roasting the NFL and Skip Bayless, there were folks arguing over whether his cardiac arrest was caused by him taking the vaccine. :what:

These are just the tip of the iceberg. A lot of these antivaxxers are malicious individuals, waiting to pounce on a tragedy or sudden death to push their agenda. You have actual physicians and doctors in sports medicine giving informed takes on the situation and these clowns who probably haven't read a book in over a year are arguing with them in the comments. They've been on this bullshyt. Another former NFL player named Uche Nwaneri died and they were already pushing their anti-vax agenda with no proof. They did the same with Marvin Hagler when he died.

The crazy thing is that there are people on the right claiming that being pro-vax is a leftist idea when for decades, leftists were the ones who didn't trust big pharma and were anti-vax

The man got hit in the wrong place at the wrong time. It's really that simple.

The majority of people are vaccinated. These are just bad faith actors looking to stir up trouble where it doesn’t exist as studied by actual smart people.
That's the thing. They aren't just uninformed, these are sick, demonic individuals using personal tragedy to feel justified in their ignorance. Imagine being a family member and having to dispel rumors while balancing your own grief.

Imagine 1600 athletes collapsing on the field in the last 18 months and being dumb enough to not know about it or to think it’s just a random coincidence

Not only feel justified in their ignorance but push the dangerous idea to others that vaccines aren’t to be trusted. This despite all of the evidence that shows that the unvaccinated die and experience severe complications at a much higher rate than the vaccinated. The ones who do it out of misinformation are bad but the ones who know better and do it are the most depraved and twisted.

More than half the human population on earth has had some form of a covid vax. If the vax is killing some of the fittest people on the planet, who have access to some of the best health service on the planet, everyone else is fukked. 100s of millions would be dead or dying by now.

Its year 3 of the vaccine ffs. Vaxxed or non-Vaxxed, people aren't dying in droves like this.

You got some data for this? I’d also like to see some data prior to the vaccine because I’ve been hearing about this but it seems like a case of confirmation bias
