Please. AD Mitchell was called out for effort during the Jags game, and AR didn't play. That's been his main concerns: effort and drops. How are either of those on the quarterback?
AR and AD are actually similar in that both of them have insane measurables but play soft at times and haven't put it together yet.
He's my favorite pick from last year, mainly because I cannot stand that fraud Pittman Jr. But still crazy to act like he's that guy right now.
People gonna keep letting these nerds lie to them about college QBs, using all types of analytics to ignore basic facts/stats. College QBs with limited starts/snaps in college have a high bust rate in the NFL. College QBs who are super inaccurate in college don't get much better in the NFL. Both of those should have told people that Richardson was gonna have problems. On one hand he has to start in order to get reps, on the other hand he's not ready. So you just get a lot of bad play, then the coaching staff gets desperate because you're not winning, then you bench him and he's not getting reps....and you've just ruined the small shot he had at being good.
Come on man y’all don’t see the play for real?all while AR was struggling sunday on the bench sorta stressing Flacco was on bench looking unworried
like he knew the job was going back to him soon
1. No, he can just sit behind a better qb and learn. work on his cardio and other shyt.1. Making Flacco the starter going forward means you're done with AR.
2. Winning games means you won't be picking high enough to draft one of the top QB's.

This doesn't help the team in the future. Better to just tell Shane to play AR sink or swim and he keeps his job. Draft your next QB and move AR. Colts have done a terrible job with the QB situation. They had a washed Rivers and Ryan already so why go to another ageing vet you have to replace?
This year’s draft is ass for QBs so I’m not really pressed. I think the team would’ve kept him out there, but didn’t want to lose the locker room over the tap-out and post-game presser. Can see Irsay being completely embarrassed by it and making another executive decision.Making Flacco the starter going forward means you're done with AR.

I saw historically bad QB play and heard comments that would’ve turned teams away in a pre-draft interview.Come on man y’all don’t see the play for real?
Who tells Shane that though. The GM is allegedly on the hot seat too. If AR plays, they lose games and probably lose their jobs. Another reason why drafting a project QB makes no sense...if you're giving up after less than a full season of starts, what's the point?
Seriously what's the point of this? I get he fukked up. There are vets on the team who need to see him be punished. But you spent a top 5 draft pick on the guy a year ago....and you can't confirm he will start again? What are we doing.

And if that’s true…like I said before, the Colts got way bigger fish to fry than the QB situation.
