They were great, but compared to the finesse of today's game, Isiah's game was simple (not ugly, just not at all creative) and The Microwave game was just ugly ASF to watch lol.

Michael Cooper . In today's game that's a Jarred Vanderbilt. Still an ugly game on offense but provides defense and athleticism.

No handle and was also a 2 hand push shot nikka around the basket if he didn't have a lane to finish. Very athletic finisher dunking and layups though.

Nah. Bird and Magic brought in the finesse and MJ revolutionized it. The game looks EXACTLY the same today as it did in the 90's as far as dribble moves, post moves, finesse slashing, ect.

Prior to Bird, Majoc, MJ, nikkas dribbled straight downward with no creativity, took 2 hand push shots right around the basket (Bernard Kings game was ugly ASF and id hate watching a nikka with a nasty looking game score 30 a game). There were no floaters, no crossovers, no spin dribbles or spin steps at the basket, no euro steps, barely any behind the back dribbles, ect.

Isiah was a straight down dribbler and he took 2 hand push shots at the basket (although he did have some nice layups at times). By 92, everyone had a much smoother looking game.
