Dont think they did, Sony usually doesn't put the beta version. The Xbox version is pretty poor currently, reported by Xbox sites as well. Yosp said he is working on it to bring it to PS so I doubt it's an exclusive.

Yeah microsoft pays for every game on gamepass, but that isnt why it's not on playstation. Sony's early access policy makes it harder to get pre released games on playstation, similar to how microsoft’s series s feature parity policy caused bg3 to release late on xbox.

It was initially released in early access on September 26, 2017, for macOS, PlayStation 4, Windows, and Xbox One

Rocket League:
Rocket League was released on July 7th 2015 on Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 4.

FFXIV:
Originally released on PC. YEARS before released on consoles. Came out in 2010 for PC, it didnt reach consoles until 2014

Fall Guys:
The game was released 4 August 2020 for PlayStation 4 and Windows PC on Steam
