The shooters have access to the same armor and weapons the cops have.
Plus why we keeping saying guns are the problem, these weapons are being made to be easier to use. It’s not like you need tactical training to master them.

Had those cops not showed up and taken her out I hate to imagine how much worse it could’ve been. This bytch was armed to the teeth and the way she was stalking through that building, it would’ve been a massacre.
