Can you say documentation stating otherwise? I mean the mother has been convicted of identity fraud. So now he does remediation therapy and pays for various things in their lives. But now we have to have documentation? I’ll wait for your documentation. The daughter may have lost on a positive relationship because the mother and daughter attack him. I posted the article where Kell showed that his ex wife was convicted of identity fraud. You also just take the daughters word for it but he has a presence and still supports her in college but he’s a deadbeat? He does therapy (which he doesn’t have to do)
So basically the mother was a terrible woman who weaponized the man’s own daughter against him and even with the mother doing her BEST to not only destroy his reputation but potentially have him put in JAIL with fake and false accusations and a daughter who was predisposed to hating him he STILL was fighting for visitation and reunification….

The daughter said he wasn’t a presence in her life from the time she was 5 to the time she was 15. Court documents state that he went to mandated counseling after 6 years of not seeing the kids because the kids refused to see him. It’s not just taking the daughter’s word.

Was there a statement given from the ex-wife or her lawyer about the ex-wife’s absence? Was the ex-wife ever held in contempt for being absent?
It’s Kel’s lawyer giving an opinion on the ex-wife’s behavior. It’s the lawyer’s job to misconstrue and misrepresent the opponent’s actions.

The fact that its DOCUMENTED that the man had been fighting to see his kids for YEARS means absolutely nothing…
The FACT that her claims of the man owing her an obscene amount of money was thrown out of court means nothing…
The FACT that he willingly went to reunification therapy to reconnect with his kids, even dealing with the emotional pain of them saying to his face they didn’t want to see him means nothing…
But the daughters words that the man who went through ALL of that, on TOP of continuing to provide for her well into adulthood, is willfully a deadbeat, are to be held as gospel? Is that what your argument is?
