pants, dear god the pants. all my slim fits fit like chick pants, in the thigh area, now :mjcry:

c/s ppl always asking for advice but never following that shyt. waste your time if you wanna but don't waste mine.
This is why im trying to cut down on the heavy squats and deadlifts. Still do them but low weights and high reps. I want that lean model physique :takedat:

Up your potassium. I havent felt any cramps or soreness since my first few weeks getting back into shape. Eating 30 mins after working out has done wonders for my recovery and soreness

What supplements do you use to up your potassium?

Going to the gym locker and white ppl feel too comrotable being naked.

Ppl at work asking how often i go to the gym. Fine i look like i go to the gym but ask me if i go to the gym first.

Im vegetarian so ppl are so confused due to ignorance about protein in vegetarianism.

Often it takes very long to take yo shirt off.

Ppl thinking protein builds muscle & strenght whether u work out or not.

Realizing ur upper body is getting big so u need more volume on leg day and leg day twice a week. Fukkkkk....

Forearm pain at times.

Rotator cuff injuries.

Knee pain.

WALKING LUNGES IS AN EXERCISE INVENTED BY SATAN!

Gotta update since my last post in here. I gained size,especially my lats, and for the life of me i cant even reach to scratch any part of my back. :sadcam:


I swear i cant sleep on my side anymore. If i do i wake up with numb arms or soreness. It has become uncomfortable sleeping on my side :francis:
