For the record, officials had always maintained that Charlamagne cooperated with the investigation and took a DNA test ... which did not produce any evidence that he had sexual contact with the girl.

Charlamagne did, however, plead guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor due to underage kids (including the accuser) drinking alcohol at the party he threw. He was sentenced to probation.

Plenty of time to put a condom on when somebodys unconscience. So you really didn't answer the mans question with any official documents from the time of the rape.

The DNA didn’t produce any evidence because it never made it that far. He took a test, the girl never testified and they left it at that. There is zero evidence saying the DNA cleared him anywhere. If that was the case, he would’ve never pleaded down.

Using common sense, if the DNA truly “cleared” him, the South Carolina DA would’ve said that in the statement. It’s as simple as “we pursued this case, tested the DNA and it showed the client had no contact with the victim and the case was resolved.”

They said nothing like that.

If I’m charged with rape of a 15 year old, and the DNA CLEARED me, I’m not copping out to anything. The charges should be dropped completely. In fact, I’m suing the person who made the charges and their family. It’s a reason why he took a week to defend himself and why he’s not suing the woman now.

But notice that little "...." afterwards,almost like thats a completely seperate thought.
