I tried to speak on this in the other thread and was called stupid and asked if i was 13 lol. I knew alot of people hated him but didnt realize how much. They desperately want to cancel him.
From everything I’ve heard he got tested and his DNA didn’t match whatever was on the girl, so based on that I can’t say dude committed a rape that day.
HOWEVER, I do 100% believe that he’s a piece of shyt that, as a 22 year old young man, invited a 16 year old to a drinking party and slipped Spanish Fly or some kinda bullshyt in her and her friend’s drinks. I mean the man literally admitted to doing this very same thing with other women on his podcast. Whether or not he got on top of her or not that’s some true dirtbag shyt.

I'm definitely not defending Charlamagne due to him having too many tweets and audio clips saying suspect shyt. Nobody told him to say the shyt he has said about getting chicks drunk and trying to fukk. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets caught up in the future versus a more worthy accusation.

I don’t hate Charlemagne...I just find him problematic. And this isn’t the court of law where I have to put my opinions to the side. Charlamagne has a way larger platform than this board and he’s never kept his opinions to himself. So why do we need to?

I'm indifferent, but what his stans will effectively ignore, is that a 23 year old had absolutely no business being around a 15 year old in the first place.

The facts in the police report are nothing close to what he says. Also there’s no mention of Dna clearing him anywhere. All we know for sure is that a girl was raped, and he’s lied about every detail in public since he started discussing it, even his age at the time.
We have to stop spreading this. They never said the DNA didn’t match. If they did, he would’ve posted the proof

Do I still think it's suspect as fukk, not only that he had an underage girl at the house but that there are a variety of things you can do to someone and avoid DNA/liquid exchange (condom)? Yea. But as of right now the state has said they will not re-open the case, they have no evidence to convict him, etc etc. Is he a lying pos for mischaracterizing the entire thing, down to lying about the amount of probation time he got? YES. And that's why I think it's suspect. But...there is no evidence he raped anyone.
If #metoo has taught us anything, it's that men don't just rape or harass one woman, say "well that's off my bucket list, I won't do that again" and never do it again. They keep doing it. Which is why nearly every #metoo case features a guy denying he's ever harassed anyone and then another woman comes out. And then another. And then another. If another woman comes out and accuses CTG it'll change everything.
