Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
Does anyone even want an Outkast album? It's been 25 years.
THEY don't want an Outkast album if it's forced, made to formula, half assed or doesn't have the full passion

And the fans are like "MAN fukk ALL THAT, DO IT ANYWAY!!!"

And will be the first ones saying they fell off and it was a money grab, the second it drops

After the reaction of the "Missionary" album he makes a good point.

Don't force the creativity if it isn't there
Facts!! When's the last time a crew, or even a solo artist, came back on some "it's been a long time but I'm back!!!!!!!"

And anybody cared or thought it was on par with their earlier work?

Yeah, it's always been absurd how the media/industry began ranking him as a top 5-10 rapper of all time. It was always random and unwarranted to me.

I doubt he believed that himself, and that pressure contributed to him not wanting to rap anymore.

Pressure? This dude revels in the accolades while Big Boi is forgotten and dismissed

It's that praise that allows him to release bullshyt recorder albums and everyone acts like they're groundbreaking
