$15 minimum wage isn't specifically for black americans though. And what if I told you, $15 minimum wage impacts lots of people that don't work fast food and they are non-black. Minimum wage always seems to be painted as only fast food jobs. This would help millions of white folks who make less that $15 doing a wide range of jobs.
