It was originally supposed to be on PS before Xbox purchase. I don’t see an issue with it. Make that money

Same with Starfield and Indiana Jones

You won’t see Starfield on Sony. Starfield is a marketing game for Xbox and Gamepass and it’s successful. Don’t be surprised to see Sea of Thieves, grounded those type of titles. Those titles are live titles and constantly updates.

Sooner or later Sony will have to do the same but not their heavy hitters. It’s too much fukking money out here and PC showing folks it’s ok to let go of the top box.

I ain’t mad at this take, the only problem I have is that Sony has double (maybe triple) the console base compared to MS. They’re not going to be pressed to release the majority of their titles in other platforms. They need to focus on good games and getting existing/new PS customers to buy in

What’s the issue?? Bethesda games sell no matter what and it also factors in the longetivity of their titles. The big expansion is coming this spring. The game will sell for years

Also this is a great marketing ploy for Microsoft too because it’s bringing in die hard Sony and Nintendo fans to their ecosystem. Everyone will have to create an Xbox account and who’s to say part two of whatever title will come out multiplat.

It’s a win win either way you put it

The console and game attachment rate is basically non existing breh. Sony has learn that the hard way. That only work for casual titles such as COD Madden 2K GTA etc because that is what the majority of people play.

There is no reason for Spider-Man to not reach its sale goal same for The Last of Us etc… only die hard buy those titles. Microsoft learn quicker because they are in third place but Sony feeling it now. Nintendo is the only exception but they are mobile. PC is the winner.

the numbers slowed and they had to bundle it with consoles. Again their games doesn’t reach their sale goals. You have to remember they are spending 200 to 300 million in development alone. You have to remaster titles etc to make as much money you can get the second third fourth time around. This is obvious as fukk. You selling 80 to 90 million consoles but majority of your games barely break 15 to 20 million sold. It’s business man. Like Layden said this shyt is not sustainable
