This is kind of true. Neil Gorsuch has been a decent justice even though I disagree with his conservative-leaning jurisprudence. Brett Kavanaugh has been mediocre though.

With all of that being said, a 6-3 majority will probably embolden them to move more solidly to the right. Amy Coney Barrett is 100% a kook.
