White people in general are NOT HAVING KIDS ANYMORE. To them, Gentrified cities is an eternal playground where they can enjoy their college based lifestyles until they 65. That means, acting a fool and no worrying about consequences for the next generation. Without having kids, its a life filled with vanity and selfishness.

On another note, the author of the article got it all wrong; America isnt like other countries where rampant poverty is in the burbs. Its actually in the rural areas. Places like Chester PA, and Newburgh NY are deathtraps.
