I said civilized breh.

Peoria only known for producing Richard Pryor.

American restaurants don’t use goat head much either.
another thing they do in the third world is give you the whole fish heads and all. shyt may not even be gutted. and they serve it like that at fine dining spots and food trucks. I had a GF who feed her daughter fish eyes. I was disgusted.

Did you get a long time with it before the owner swatted you away?

Now you're talking about the downsides of the actual third world. I know because I took a food san class in the Army that Flies eat literal shytand regurgitate on their food to consume it. I didn't realize why there's so many flies in some countries and not in other countries. Turns out they practice vector control. That keeps flies and mosquitoes down so less people get sick.

Every Jamaican restaurant sells Mannish Water (goat soup) and there’s one on damn near every corner of every civilized American city now.

I even made a thread about it years ago.

We can have whatever we want pretty much whenever we want it as long as we have the money to get it.

Only obstacle is information for real.
No Jamaican restaurants in my city.

The very first time I ordered Eschovich fish from the Jamaican spot I wanted to swing on that nikka when I opened my styrofoam and saw a whole ass fish violating my rice and peas.

fukked my whole day up and I paid like $18 for that shyt (this was in like ‘98 mind you..)

I eventually found out that’s the best part of the fish and I’ve never doubted Jamaicans mastery off all things food related again.

Speaking of fast food when I traveled to Dubai and ate their KFC I didn’t feel nowhere near as bad afterwards compared to eating fast food in the states.

The on my fast food in the states that has no impact on me is shake shack and Chik-Fil-A

I got a homie who travels a lot and told me he trusts American fast food chains in third world countries more than in the states. The reason? You need a college education to land those jobs. They will take it seriously, are clean as fukk and the workers wouldn’t dare spit on food or do dumb shyt like the pimple faced teenagers here in the US do for likes.

Correct, In the third world the rich eat US fast foods, The poor eat the local knock off version.

Anything Foreign is considered high class. In Montego bay the Pizza Hut has a fine dining restaurant upstairs where you can get real pasta and antipasto

I'll summarize ohio's approach to different cuisines

Out here people complain that spicy nuggets are too spicy.
Chinese food is too exotic and they are scared to try anything beyond white rice and general tso's
Mexican food is ground beef with a mexican spice packet and some Dorito shells.
Indian food :damn:ewwww

Soul food restaurants remain empty and go out of business, Meanwhile folks are lined up at the local cac owned BBQ place munching on dry mac n cheese and ribs.

You will get nice steak or seafood at a fine dining establishment though
