I still want to know what verbal commands she claim she gave. If she did give any verbal commands, I'm sure he said something back to her, especially if it was his own house. And I'm sure he didn't respond telling her he was a burglary. So she's basically saying she shot him because he didn't do what she said. Guilty!

I think this was an execution. After a long day, she gets home and wants to sleep. Botham Shem Jean, a worship leader at his local church plays loud music and lives right above her. She's filed noise complaints before but nothing has worked. But today is different because she's just come off a long shift. So she goes to confront him. Perhaps she thinks that because she is wearing her uniform that she will get him to comply. When she gets there the door is locked so she bangs on the door and demands that he opens up (this is corroborated by witnesses). Finally, he opens the door, they have a back and forth and he blows her off. Now she's pissed. She goes to leave but before the door closes she opens it and shoots him. After she shoots him, self-preservation mode kicks in and all of the bizarre rationalizations begin.

This should be an open and shut case. But it won't be because she's a police officer and police officer's protect there own. If she gets off on this, it would be one of the biggest miscarriages of justice in our lifetime. But you are already starting to see a narrative develop. Supposedly they found Marijuana on the counter. But ask yourself this. In a case where the police routinely say they are not releasing details, why is this fact leaked to the press? That tells you all you need to know about the police and what their goals are for this case. Just wait until the trial starts and the defense files to change venue from the predominantly Black county where the murder happened, to a nearby predominantly white county. #TheFixIsIn.

interesting that no one is speculating it could be her marijuana. None of the articles say its his. Some of the stuff is obviously hers. It could all be hers.

Just hearing her neighbor saying she drinks a beer on her patio every evening off work like he does, sounds crazy. Who want to know or see a cop drinking beer, on or off duty, a female cop at that. I wouldn't be surprised if the dope is hers. I still don't know what they're doing searching his house anyway, and not hers.
