This doesn't prove anything. A door could always completely shut when left to swing closed from 70°, but that same door could be left ajar if it were left to swing closed from 30°. Plus, his particular door could have dirt buildup on the joints that could slow down the door as it closes.

Whether the door was ajar or not is irrelevant. She murdered dude and needs to be convicted of 2nd degree murder.

:comeon:THIS VID GIVES YOU EVERY 30 DEGREE ANGLE
YOU NEED OF THESE AUTOMATIC DOORS SLAMMING SHUT.

What does being a modern apartment have to do with anything? Those vids don't prove anything. Whether you want to hear it or not, how far open the door is when it starts it swing has a direct effect on whether or not the door will latch automatically.

And I don't think you know what the word "precedent" means. :skip:
Sounds like you don't know what "precedent" means.
To put it simply, an ajar door sets a precedent of suspicion. It's suspicious for a door to be ajar. It's even more suspicious to then see a dark figure standing in the living room.
The "ajar door" lie eliminates just one more opportunity for her to realize it's the wrong apt. No more closed(locked) door and key insertion triggering red, flashing light. Just like the red rug. Even though she placed her bags on the ground, she claimed to have never looked down and therefore never spotted the rug.

Imo they been planning the weed angle since the beginning. It's why it was important to get the "door was ajar" information out there, to begin to create suspicion around the brother, formulate in the jury mind she had probable cause to enter , then what happens there after is him being high and not complying to officer commands.

This is a sham and the fix is already in. These are the same tactics they used with the Mike brown case.

She says the room was dark. Cac has no chance.
Did she see a silhouette of weed too?

its all bullshyt.

i wont be surprised at all if her defense flip the entire script, and by time for their opening statements, it begins with, the only thing officer guyger is guilty of is originally lying about the situation , but a lie is not intent to kill. etc etc blah blah blah.

you seem very sure she will get convicted, just 3 words

this is america :francis:

That's right. Ain't no way she going to miss that red rug while putting her bags down.
