From what i've read, she will still be tried in Dallas County. With these type of cases, they often turn themselves in in another county to avoid the media

Yea Tariq was a bit off with this. The rule of thumb is she'll be tried where the warrant was issued. If she couldn't post bail, they would've just extradited her to Dallas before long since she wasn't facing charges in that other county.

This will be shaped as a mental health issue.

She is on anxiety/sleep/depression meds. She’ll do time, but not enough

Dallas PD will come up with a bullshyt initiative that states that they are in the process of screening all officers for existing mental health issues.

DPD will have to pay, police departments have insurance for civil suits. His family will receive compensation for their loss and the killer will be back on the street in 5 yrs
This would have me so fukkin heated breh.

As someone who legit went through a deep fukking depression and nearly took my life several times, it makes me so fukking angry that they'd even try exploiting that shyt to get her off. I take meds for that shyt that keep it at bay, and I'm good now.

Depression is not a fukking excuse for killing anyone but your damn self. Even at my lowest point there's no time I ever thought to myself "hey you know what would be a great idea? signing up to be a fukking police officer with a gun and a badge and placing myself in high-stress situations on the regular."

Nah. If she'd already been diagnosed, her doctor either got her on some meds that restored her ability to function (therefore making her fully responsible for all her actions), or she was diagnosed, prescribed medication, and refused to take them (her fukking fault).

If she was diagnosed but failed to disclose that shyt to her superiors that's 100% on her - I can't imagine DPD lets cops with diagnosed, untreated mental health issues wander around with loaded weapons and a fukking license to kill.

It's a bit ridiculous that one can skate on killing someone simply cuz they can't prove one piece of a higher charge. I know some jurisdictions have it so if you're charged with a higher crime (i.e. First degree murder) you can automatically be convicted of the lesser charges (2nd degree, manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter). It's insane that all jurisdictions aren't like that. It's a ridiculous loophole.

If you were in Africa, 13 whites would've been killed in retaliation by now. Inter-ethnic retaliation is REAL

Different rules in America
Oh, good. Diaspora wars, just what we need right now. :troll:

Tell me, Mandingo Warrior, what could you do in a country where you're 13% when yall can't even handle shyt when yall 95%? :jbhmm:

Disrespectful mf'er. :pacspit:

honest question, has Ben Crump ever won any of the high profile cases he's taken?

He's not a prosecutor. He deals in personal injury, settlements and the like. So, I'd wager to say that he wins all of them as he gets his clients larger than average awards. His family is from my hometown.
