Yeah there's even a news article somewhere about some crazy ass nikka running a trap house below us and taking hostages when he got caught. The picture they chose for the cover of that story was a photo of the swat team carrying my niece and nephew out of the building.
:francis:

Then I got married and had to get out. Riverside is real nice, college city, similar feel to northern SB by cal state but with more shyt to do.

The lock is the most damning piece of evidence imo. They are claiming that the door being bowed is why the lock wasn't working. What are the chances that his door malfunctioned in such a way that the damage wasn't noticeable to the naked eye, but still damaged enough for the locking mechanism to fail.

Also, how likely is it that dude was unaware that his door couldn't lock?

Is there anything that shows a request to get the door fixed? If not then its bullshyt.

The neighbors heard banging, and nobody just knocks on their own door when they cant get in if they know nobody's home. If she really believed that to be her apartment then she was putting her shoulder into that door trying to break in, and that caused the door to bow and the lock to fail.

Breh jumped up from the couch seeing his door getting kicked in, and she fires on him cause that's what cops are trained to do when they come across black people.

The cover up is the lie that his door was always broken.

NAH, YOURE LOOKING AT IT IN THE WRONG WAY....

INITIALLY HER STORY WAS THE DOOR WAS ADJAR...

AFTER HIS NIEGHBORS POSTED MULTIPLE
VIDEOS SHOWING THAT WASNT POSSIBLE
THE POLICE CAME BACK AND CONFISCATED
THE LOCK DAYS AFTER THE FACT
LOOKING FOR A WAY TO GET HER OFF.

NOW THE DOOR WASNT ADJAR ANYMORE
THE LOCK MALFUNCTIONED.

When a cop deliberately pulls out their gun and fires at center mass they are shooting to kill. Murder is the only thing she can be guilty of.

And her defense is not even saying she accidentally shot him, they are trying to claim her deliberately shooting him was self defense.

center mass is just the language they're using to justify her breaking leather...

that man was hit in his chest & the bullet traveled downward. he was either sitting or taking cover...

she shot at him twice.

If that's the case then that means the only likely scenario is that she shot him when he opened the door, and he was backing away from her when he was shot.

I dont believe that bullshyt about the door being open, I couldn't be left ajar without something propped up against it and I seriously doubt breh was unaware that his lock was fukked up.

The reason I was thinking that she broke the door was cause his body was found by the couch like he stood up and got shot. I dont think he would have been able to back that far from the door if she shot him when he opened the door. But if he did have time to back away to his couch before being shot, then that's enough time for her to process the situation and realize she had the wrong place.

No matter what angle you look at it, this bytch is guilty as fukk. I dont see any scenario where this could possibly be justified, but this is America and the victim was a black man so I'll wait and see.
