Did the prosecutor ask why did he recommend the warrant if she didn't commit a crime?
how does he go and recommends a warrant for her arrest if he thinks she doesn’t do anything wrong. Cus you can’t get a warrant unless you believe that someone did a crime this shyt not adding up i hope the state goes in on that

Didn't get a chance too. They have to have a separate hearing for it. Something called a 702 hearing to access his validity as an expert witness.
The ranger's testimony regarding his belief that Guyger acted reasonably and her behavior not being a crime wasn't heard by the jury. The lawyers had a hearing and the judge sided with the state regarding its admissibility.

Yeah. The defense was trying to proffer the ranger as an expert witness, but since the state is presenting its case, she struck it down for now, but left the door open for when the defense presents its side, to have a 702 hearing to establish the ranger as an expert witness to allow for that type of testimony to be presented on record before the jury.

Someone already said last year that those doors automatically close .i have a door with a self closing door hinge on it that automatically closes that door . You do have to adjust the tension on it
