Who cares what anybody in this thread says about it. I'm going off of what the COP HERSELF is saying, which is basically she "thought she was at her apt" and mistaked it for another.

She lived on a whole different floor on a whole other side of the building. So it makes no sense as to why and how she ended up at that specific apartment and shooting that specific black man. Use some common sense dude.

Who cares what anybody in this thread says about it. I'm going off of what the COP HERSELF is saying, which is basically she "thought she was at her apt" and mistaked it for another.

She lived on a whole different floor on a whole other side of the building. So it makes no sense as to why and how she ended up at that specific apartment and shooting that specific black man. Use some common sense dude.

Her story about going to the wrong apartment is believable. What's bullshyt is her claims that his door was already open and that he charged at her, which goes directly against the evidence at hand.

If the door was already open then she should have been able to clearly see that she was at the wrong door.

If the witnesses are correct and the door was not open, her key didn't work, and she had to bang on the door, then she had plenty of time to realize that wasnt her apartment. You would think that the average person would realize something isnt right when they realized their key didn't work and the door they were at has a distinct red door mat.


Either way, this bytch is a murderer.

They are saying his door was bowed a little and didnt lock properly.

So either he opened the door and got shot backing away into his apartment, or the cac damaged his door when she was banging on it and they are trying to cover it up.

Also he had airpods in so its possible he wouldn't have heard the banging.


I dont believe that anyone in their right mind could look into an open apartment and not instantly realize that it's not their apartment.

Her claims that the door was open makes the least amount of sense to me.

Cpr wasn't going to save that brother & i thought she lived right below botham. She could have called for back up .she could of tried to get him to surrender . She killed that bro point blank , she is guilty

The DA's misconduct may hurt the case. The jury said they didn't know there was an interview and hadn't seen it. Hopefully that remains the same.

Don't think they're going to get Murder 1. It's going to be difficult to prove she intended to kill him. Manslaughter should be a slam dunk though. If they can't get a conviction on the latter, Dallas should burn.

Even though you aint wrong, it still makes no logical sense. Like in the Sandra Bland murder, at least we can deduce that she likely was killed because did some backtalking in defense herself and the cacs didnt like that and they killed her. Not that it makes it right, but its easy to understand the motive behind why she died.

In this case, breh was just chillin in his own apt minding his business. How did this cac bytch know that there was a black man who lived in that apartment in the first place? It very well couldve been a cac man or woman that opened the door.

Even if she woke up that day and decided, I'm going to kill me a n*gger, it would've been done with more tact. Not no "Imma knock on some random doors and unload the clip on whoever opens up" type shyt. How these events unfolded still make no sense.

I still believe that he smashed and bushed and she didnt like it, or maybe even a hit was placed on him for some reason. None of this shyt adds up.

There is no evidence to support that they knew each other. No phone records, texts, the Victim’s family said that he didn’t know her.
