What the fukk does any of this have to do with you downplaying how the justice system treats black people?

You keep bringing up that one case where a cac got convicted like that's not an exception to the rule.

So if you really believe white people are charged the same, then show me the stats.

Cops get away with killing unarmed black folks every damn day, even when they're clearly in the wrong. So why are u in here acting baffled that people are skeptical of justice being served?

breh i stopped quoting that clown . once you reply to him , he turn into a gay ass groupie and reply to you 5 times. weirdo ass cac

None of this adds up. Its obvious that she's jewelzing with her story, but it still doesnt explain the motive as to WHY she did what she did.

I dont understand what would make her knock on a random black man's door and shoot him. Especially if they had no prior relationship at all.

Local Dallas news mentioned that they think Botham Jean's lock malfunctioned. Instead of the door automatically shutting/locking like it was designed to do, it jammed up so that all she had to do was push on the door to walk in.

She wasn't paying attention and probably thought "why is my door unlocked?" After that, she probably bangs on the door. Botham probably says something loud enough for her to hear because he's wondering why someone is banging on HIS door. She steps in and shoots without actually engaging him in conversation.

If she got "scared" it was probably just him yelling at her to stop knocking on his door....though its possible he never even said that much.

What’s the point they are trying to prove with the key ??
It's another obvious visual clue she over looked that would have told her she was at the wrong apartment. The indicator light turns red when the wrong key is inserted and green amd makes a noise if its the right key.

wow the cam footage
looks like he didnt run to her
stood up from his couch and got shot

lock her up
That or he opened the door and was shot backing away from her cause she pulled a gun.

They are claiming that his door was bowed and didnt lock properly, but to me it sounds like she might have damaged the door while banging on it trying to get in.

He had airpods in his ear so he might not have heard her banging right away.

Dann dude you're exposing yourself by running and derailing from the question.

So basically if you was the judge you would sentence her to death right?

In a perfect world she’d be sentenced to torture until her heart gave out...

but i’ll go with the Death Penalty.

if im the Judge and its and option then YES. Fry the bytch

She shot him cause he is a black man. A lot of racist cacs fantasize about killing black people. They will take advantage of the first opportunity to do so if they think they can get away with it.

If he was white she would have hesitated long enough to assess the situation and realize it's not her apartment, he is unarmed etc. But since he was black she shot him immediately 15 feet away without giving anytime for him to react or her time to properly asses the situation. Visually his race would be the most obvious thing she could make out 15 feet away in a split second.

But this case is not about why she did it. The argument is whether her response to accidently going to the wrong apartment and her actions in shooting him were "reasonable".

85% whites would have the exact same thing...first excuse will be they feared for their lives...n the benefit of the doubt will be that they thought they were in their apartment..even when its the the person they shot house...

crazy her13.5 hour shift i was tired shyt went out the window...

So far the defense has provided no evidence Jean was a threat, charged, or looked like he was armed.. plus he was 15 feet away so she had time to retreat. so her response is clearly not reasonable. The DA is trying to show she was grossly negligent in her behavior leading up to and through the shooting and thus 100% responsible. A normal reasonable person should not be so consumed sexting that they would miss all the obvious clues around them and be so oblivious as to where they are walking to and the apartment they are entering. Nor is it normal to delete text, lie etc.. Her Defense has been poor imo but their goal is probably just to confuse the jury.
