And you said "outside the media" like the media doesn't shape reality and isn't a huge factor in the way people view others and live their lives. Stereotyping of the Black male being "dangerous" is responsible for Trayvon Martins death as much as Zimmerman. Just hopped on my phone so I don't have the umph to find an exact article right now but from my memory:
Set and Horus both wanted the "throne" Or whatver. (Backdrop: In ancient Egypt, like every other culture, homo sex is fine as long as you're not receiving) So Set comes up with the plan that he will seduce Horus into "receiving" therefore emasculating him. Horus has his own plan where he does have sex with Set but some kinda way he catches sperm and throws it into the river. But then Horus puts some of his sperm on Set's food. Set eats it of course.
So Set goes to the "gods" or whatever and is like "Aye, I just fukked this nikka. If you call for my sperm it'll be in his body." So they call for that shyt and of course it's in the river. But then they call for Horus's and of course that shyt is in Set aide he ate it
