The Dab was bad but I thought Colter's line reading of "brethren" in a bad Jamaican accent and the "bytch, please" line to Mariah in the interrogation room were so much worse.

Tilda's switch bugged me. I get her wanting to remove her mom from the world of the living since she finally realized just how big of a monster Mariah was but the other change in her personality seemed to come out of nowhere.

And Claire can die off-screen and all we get is a note from letting everyone know she is gone.

Spoiler: All Season

Her mom shows up acting like she wants to reconnect for good reasons
She covninces her to to sign up as the doctor in the community center, first day 3 heads on pikes
Almost dies in a fire till luke cage shows up
Durning the episode in the Rand building, she learns just how dirty her family is and realizes mariah has been lying to her this whole time. That ether was hard
Then she learns Mariah burned Bushmaster's house down
She was also cool with Cottonmouth and Maraih killed her

I think there plenty of reasons why she changed

I'm halfway through this season, but I agree with the rest of your assessment.

These accents are pretty bad. It’s like the actors learned how to speak Patois by watching films like Shottas rather than getting speech coaches because some of the phrasing that was used is off.

It’s not the worst I’ve ever heard but it’s still pretty bad.

The censoring of the word fukk is funny. Meth said it in one of the Wu songs and KRS said it and both times it was censored but nikka, shyt, and gun violence is ok for some reason. I know it isn't exclusive to this show, just saying it's still weird.

And it must be said, if enemies are still trying to shoot Cage with regular guns in season 3, we can confirm how lazy the writing can get.

I mean what would you want the regulars jobber enemies to do or what’s a better way to fix that?

Season started off meh, but once everything got underway, it had a fantastic turnaround. The finale was and I'm totally in for S3.

Probably the best S2 out of all the Netflix shows imo, overall.

Why is Tilda acting some kinda way after her mom gave the club to luke cage? She killed that woman...why does she care?

Because all she got from her mom was an old keyboard. She gave away a piece of property that had been in their family for generations to some guy that she hated over her own daughter.

Okay well that makes more sense. Now I’m with it. I missed some of that shyt because a lot of the dialogue on some eps flew in one ear and out the other because some of the scenes were just too long and uninteresting. Another issue with their 13 episode format.

They’ve got great actors and gotta use them but gotta cut back on that shyt

i'll be honest, i didnt pick up on it til alfre mentioned it at the end of the season too wasnt paying attention when they was back to back like lethal weapon in ep 6

thomas jones did a good job tho, he impressed me he should see some more work after this one

I don't think any of these Marvel shows needed to be more than 8 episodes. Hell some of them could have been 5 and that would have been more than enough.

eh, i know thats the popular sentiment but this one needed to atleast be double digits, they had a lot of stories to tell and fleshed them out pretty well from mariah to Cage to Bushmaster. They probably could have trimmed off an episode or two but i thought it flowed well for the most part
