I dont think they are. I believe someone recently discovered the show and he commented and said what he had planned for s3 if they got one
As one of the few who actually stuck with this all the way through and enjoyed it, I really hope this gets another chance. At the very least, a final season to tie up the narrative loose ends.

Felt like a lifetime ago
It is kinda interesting to see what kind of careers these netflix folks carved out since then
In truth I was more in love with the idea of the show than i was with the actual source material. S1 debuted at a time pre MCU T'Challa, pre-Spider-verse Miles, and pre-streaming wars, in which the former 2 broke barriers whereas the pursuit of content from the latter opened things up for more black men to be leads or co-leads in pop culture roles. (Fallout, From, Silo, Twisted Metal, Supacell, etc).
It was a bit more slim pickings back then, which made it a bit more important to me that LC succeeded in order to pave the way forward. And i think they did their best. Damage was kinda done with some of their season 1 choices but ou could tell they really listed to the feedback and tried to course correct in season 2.
