But Black doesn't equal a descendant from slaves. Obama is a great example of this. He was born in 61'. According to your definition he should get raparations when that is not his history.

I was raised by an African American mother in atlanta, georgia my entire life.I have very limited experience in my dad's culture
There's nothing she doesn't know or feel that I don't know or feel
But I don't care about whose blacker dikk measuring contests. I care about trying to exclude people who are descended from slaves and are raised just like any other AA.

I am not downplaying your experience. But if a White person is raised in a similar circumstance are they AA? Same question for a person 12% or 25% Black?
The line gotta be draw somewhere breh. Maybe you go under the special circumstances Collin Kaepernick council up for review.

They're also in Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta. They have farmland in Alberta(they migrated from Oklahoma), but they're more quiet than Nova Scotians,so you dont hear much about them or from them.
They may could get a similar deal like the natives of Canada and US who cross back and forth due to overlapping status/territory ind both countries. They have their one special passport cards.

Most AA are 80% to 60% Black so I fall well within the normal admixture.

Bro the RIGHT way to do this is to get behind AA getting their reparations, them being the most economically powerful/prominent voice in the DIaspora, and then pressuring Western European countries to follow Americas lead in giving out reparations (UK/SP/FR etc.)

The point i'm making is you cannot define being AA by genetic percentages. Creoles are AA for example and are heavily admixed. Mulatto are AA's and have been involved in our story since the beginning.
Be logical about what ethnicity actually is by definition.
