These Justice Dem folk and others in the progressive world are pushing her to run cause they see her as one of the only signs of hope for the progressive left.

It's pretty sad and irresponsible.

The way she answered that question tells me she wants to say no but can't cause so many people will be disappointed in her or shid on her and they'd be people on her own side not the crazy right wingers who are triggered by her in every little way

Indeed, Schumer sucks and needs to go but I’m not sure AOC should be the one to replace him. I’d rather her stay in the house and keep working there expanding the progressive presence

AOC and her advisers have to be smart enough not to primary Schumer. I don’t like Schumer, but he would dismantle AOC in a primary. She would be lucky if she got 30 percent. As much as I dislike him, Schumer is popular in the state. If she really wanted another position, she should of ran for Mayor of NYC. She would of had an outstanding chance of winning, and could of impacted people lives more directly than she doing now.
