Its an entertaining show once you get past the first 3 episodes. First two episodes were boring.

That wasn't the only reason I tapped out. shyt is mad corny and the killer is too over-the-top, the hitman twerking in a hotel room off laced coke. I guess you also ignored the fake DC shea butter undertones, the fact this nikka wife only been dead a year (mother of his two kids) and he's supposed to already be fukkin.....they got a 38 y/o that looks 45 playing a 32 y/o woman on tinder.

The writing in this show is trash around a slew of bad actors(or badly acted characters), biggest exception is Aldis. The only good dynamic is Alex's relationship with his children.

Also aldis' relationship with Sampson is good as hell. No gay understones or shyt like that. Just two brothas working thru shyt. Actually that whole family dynamic is good, not just the relationship with his kids.

What does this mean?



I do agree with the writing. This is kind of show where I can tell there is not many black folk behind the scenes.
From the lighting (still don't know how to light black folk, way too dark) to the writing (when you think about the serial killer motives, it is like WTF?) and that black lady, she did all that because the white girl went to jail (and Cross said she can't be cured).
