It doesn't really take long in revealing who the killer is. This season IMO is used to establish who Alex is. His strengths, his weaknesses and his motivations. They seem to be also setting up a "rogues gallery" for him. There is a mystery to be solved but it's kinda played to the side until the end

He's very much a 'superhero' in some respects. He's got the Monk-like or Holmes-like ability to put things together. Usually when Two John tells people 'he's doing his thing'.

EP six was kinda bad but it picked right back up. Shannon at the party . Little things like that but I’m definitely tuning in day one for season 2.
