Im good on the whole Imax thing. I mean its not like we are going to miss anything of even minute importance. Yeah you get to see more of the city when they do the pan out shots but when Bane is doing something please believe i will be able to see him on the standard screen.

Only time ill pay for Imax is if i see one of those 3D nature joints. Saw one on the ocean and it was crazy. It seemed like you were actually in the kelp forest.

doesn't take a genius to know you aren't getting the full imax when you walk in and the screen isn't 8 stories tall. Either way though the sound at a fake imax theater is worth the price. I can tell the difference from the last movie I saw.

I looked at the map, and zoomed in to NC. Clicking the theater on Raleigh is green, the one on Charlotte is red.

*re-edit* Okay the map has a "dome" on Charlotte. I don't know if that means it's extra-IMAX'd. Those other theaters are in like Concord and Weddington, nearby Charlotte.

I was about to be mad as fukk till I saw that link. I'm out in Tampa on vacation and was gonna hit up MOSI for TDK because it's claiming to be a dome IMAX theater. Better be fukkin IMAX.
