Africans did not benefit for slavery, by and large it was a big loss.

By the end Europeans had started to run over the tribes selling slaves but for the most part it was profitable. Africans didn't first start selling slaves to the Europeans/Cacs, it was first to other black people. There were successful kingdoms in Africa built with slaves all around, Musa I to name one.

After listening to what he had to say, I'll agree, he had some points....

He was unempathetic to the psychological toll, being a second-class citizen takes. That shyt is a MFer (the hopelessness, the cynicism, lack of self-worth, division, etc.) He came off too dismissive. I'll give him a pass for his opinion, because he ran in circles out here, but still...

He's correct, A.As haven't taken enough time, to visit Africa, but that c00n knows all types of variables go into that shyt. Mainly, its expensive AF to get there. I know plenty of Africans stateside, that can't even go back themselves like that, due to the costs. These are folks that get to a bag...

The perception of Africa, sadly, is also fukked up. The brainwashing, the US has done, can't be easily dismissed either...

I'd like to think of myself as "worldly" or knowledgeable, and I'm not gonna lie...I wasn't aware how modernized and nice, a lot of places in Africa were, until I seen threads on here. Its beauty and modernization, just isn't advertised like that over here...

IMO, we just started seein Africas' glow-up, the last few years. The women, music, infrastructure, etc. Thats only because, shyt can't be kept a secret/hidden, with social media/internet becoming so powerful.
