Ak has an online based brand, a public and potentially messy trial will hurt his revenue long term even if he wins the case. He should of offered her a couple hundred racks and a apology, it would be cheaper than the lost advertising/sponsorship, reduced viewership, legal fees, and a potential settlement if he loses.
