I knew about the police taking his surveillance video and dropping the case after they saw the tapes. I wasn’t sure if this was the same girl at 1st but he confirmed it was in his live stream. As far as anything else in the case I have no knowledge of it. I’m just stating facts that can be proven. The girl accused him of something the police got video surveillance and said no crime occurred and now she’s suing him.

A good lawyer will help him limit his financial liability throughout this. A great lawyer will tell him to offer her a number and a signed NDA and let her ride off into the sunset.

Ak has an online based brand, a public and potentially messy trial will hurt his revenue long term even if he wins the case. He should have offered her a couple hundred racks and an apology, it would be cheaper than the lost advertising/sponsorship, reduced viewership, legal fees, and a potential settlement if he loses.

Despite what was on the tapes if police do not have enough to charge him with they have to let him go
The tape and DNA are circumstantial evidence that left to jury to decide likely wouldn't end in a conviction when the status of consent is very shaky. So it's hearsay basically which is probably why it is a Civil Dispute.

Thats why there are known serial killers walking around when everyone knew they did it but police don't have enough physical evidence to lock him up.
