Criminally he already has. The police investigated and said he isn’t getting charged/nothing can be proven. I guess people in here don’t want to read or hate the dude so much they don’t care to read. If more evidence pops up the prosecutor or grand jury can still charge him but the police watched surveillance footage and said ain’t no crime. Whether he’s guilty or not no one knows. People in here keep saying that ak lied on stream but the girl isn’t saying AK raped her she is saying he let his friends rape her. Unless I’m mistaken her claim is his friends raped her after she had consensual with him.

It's not unusual for cases to skip criminal court and go straight to civil. There is a much lower evidentiary bar/burden of proof in civil v. criminal cases. The threshold for civil is the "preponderance of evidence", which essentially means "more likely than not." Plus, there is always a risk of submitting testimony under oath in your defense that could be used as grounds to impeach your testimony in any subsequent criminal case, so your options to defend yourself can be further limited in these situations. This is a serious matter, he can still be criminally charged depending on how this civil case is handled,

Can you link the article? Also can you speak on why his home was raided and video was taken and viewed but he wasn’t arrested? The police have surveillance, texts between AK and the accuser and still no arrest? I’m very serious. The article is what the accuser claimed right? So if she’s lying what does it prove. No one in here knows what happened. We know what each party has claimed. We also know the police have surveillance and texts from both parties. If the police saw a crime on video you don’t even need the girl to press charges the state will press charges themselves but AK ain’t in jail is he.
