We also know the police have surveillance and texts from both parties. If the police saw a crime on video you don’t even need the girl to press charges the state will press charges themselves but AK ain’t in jail is he. If she her drink was spiked it could just look like normal drunk people having sex at which point the police would need her testimony to frame it as her being drugged. I get what you’re saying. Very logical and non biased. Here’s the problem WE don’t know if she was drugged or not WE don’t know if she got thotted out and regretted it the next day right. So why are WE convicting this dude with no evidence? We know nikkas do foul shyt just like we know women have falsely accused. Criminally he already has. The police investigated and said he isn’t getting charged/nothing can be proven. I guess people in here don’t want to read or hate the dude so much they don’t care to read. I read what the girl said after dude corrected me. Yes it can but without evidence it’s not likely(regarding charges being brought). They said Ak lied on stream but if he was texting the girl and admitting to hitting her showed the girl footage and also the police saw the footage what does lying on stream do or prove? Nothing. Ak could be guilty asf or the girl could be lying. I’m not going to convict the nikka without evidence like people in this thread are because of bias.
