Everytime a new technological advance takes a job, it usually creates new ones.

Like you used to have people going door to door knocking on peoples doors to wake them up every morning.
Now you have hundreds of alarm clock companies in a 200 million industry

Used to have newspaper businesses, now you have online vlogs and articles.

Not every advancement is a doomsday prophecy

They'll be people paying premium prices for "handmade" goods (design, poems, books, songs) if the whole AI boom were to be a total takeover somehow, there won't be as huge an employment vacuum as thought.

People used to tell me all the time about how AI is gonna take over my job and I just laugh at them

We just recently got CPDLC, which is essentially a “text based” form of communication to pilots and it still messes up. Their session will expire, they won’t get my “route changes” or frequency changes.. it is helpful with lack of talking on frequency and can be easy for quick requests but there is NO WAY a computer can takeover the whole National Airspace

We still have places where you lose people in radar at 4-5,000 feet

How’s a computer system gonna move planes when they aren’t even in radar
What do you mean you lose the planes on the radar? :lupe:

fukk AI fix that shyt :damn:

The Truth
people sitll listen to the radio?
This

And its still dumb. Never be the first person to do shyt.

And radio host? What will it discuss? Yeah, data is easily accessible to it, but it won’t have any real personal opinions.. only conclusion based off old data recorded. Sketch

It’s how air travel was the vast majority of the time we’ve flown. There are non radar rules for this very reason. Most of the older controllers that trained me worked that way

That is really scary…. Like even if we go down you’ll never find the plane.

Not 1 company has "replaced" their phone agents with Ai.

:dead:

They utilize both and the Ai works so poorly that most of the time people get routed to an actual human.:mjlol:
What? Call centre jobs have already been decimated by AI. Companies have downsized the workforce drastically in this areas. Offering AI chat online or AI first response on the phone and making you go thru many steps to speak to a human. They have not fully replaced humans but that's not saying much when you have cut 80% of those jobs and are making sure only a minority of calls get an actual human response.

Nah it’s not that scary.. there are waypoints and fixes that you can get a mileage from it an airway or “ road”

Aircraft flies on V190 till they hit an airport in Texas that join another airway called V342 until they hit another VOR or whatever, etc

The future of interviews and meetings is already here.

Autonomous interviewing is getting so good💡

ThinkX's new Quantz Interview manages the entire process independently, and unlike typical API-based solutions, it runs on its own proprietary servers - slashing costs by 25x.

Autonomous interviewing just became a practical reality.

I like their ‘No APIs. No cloud servers’ philosophy, resulting in $0.80/auto-interview. ✨

This is disruptive.

The process is super simple. Just create a template using Quantz Interview's UI in minutes, test the interview, and then send the interview link. And Quantz Interview takes care of the rest.

Results of the Interview are delivered by email, so you can quickly review everything on your smartphone, no matter where you are.

It appears to be quick and efficient.

ThinkX just released Quantz Interview,
that conduct interviews on your behalf 🔥

“Just another API wrapper?”,

Absolutely not.

Quantz Interview has been developed to be 25x more cost-effective than systems based on APIs + cloud infrastructure, thanks to the fact that it runs completely on our own servers.

The world's first truly practical autonomous interview system is now ready to use.

$0.80 interviews? AI is seriously upping the game! Now imagine throwing blockchain into the mix for secure and verifiable hiring—streamlined interviews + trusted results. This combo could totally reshape how recruitment works.

Excited to see the impact of autonomous interviewing on the industry!

Yes, this tech has huge potential, and it should be coming in big.

The amount is calculated based on typical costs for voice interaction APIs, cloud usage, and profit margins.

The price for Quantz Interview is based on a rate of $0.10 per response (as of November 2024), assuming an average of 8 responses per interview.

Something about eye contact, a handshake, and a cup of coffee.

9/12
@rohanpaul_ai
of course. and that would definitely come in the later rounds.
Many of the tech interviews go for 3-5 total rounds. But in the 1st round, if AI can help, that would be a MASSIVE cost saver, and speed of execution for the Organizations . Specailly where they operate with a thin HR departments.

Creating a new interview/meeting looks smooth and fast.

@Hrokrinn
I've heard HR folks say they're too busy to craft realistic job requirements, too busy to read resumes, and now too busy to interview.

WTF do these people do?

@rohanpaul_ai
Good question 😅. and good opportunities to automate most of the HR workflow.
