After A Month of Watching AEW, I Gotta Admit. . . .

AEW flaws:

* Matches too long. Why is Kenny Omega, supposedly the best wrestler in Earth, having a 20 minute match wit scrubs like Joey Janela?

*The ONE recognizable female wrestler with actual talent n star power hasn’t wrestled ONE TIME since AEW debuted.

*Why hasn’t AEW put the rocket on Jungle Boy?! He’s like tha one true popular babyface they have. Dude is talented, young, good gimmick, and his pops was a famous actor.

*MJF should be featured EVERYWEEK. This kid has “NOD/Corporate The Rock” type of electricity around him. FEATURE HIM.

*Hire more hosses who don’t do flippy shyt, hire mat based guys. Look at MLW. They have brawlers, mat guys, luchadores, hosse. Mix it up!

* Match lengths are fine, we over the 30 second-3min jobber match era. Joey Janela is a “player” and gets his respect

* Gotta elevate everyone before she overshadows the roster, plus she’s finishing up previous engagements

* Who says they won’t? It’s a marathon not a sprint. Plus other guys are getting over too.

* No he don’t and that’s EXACTLY how you get people tired of talent and turning SOUR on them by ultra force feeding them every week. It begins to inorganic and manufactured and fake plus they get exposed (or people start to nitpick at the dumbest shyt to devalue them). No let him breath, let people miss him and anticipate him.

* They already have guys that can do that, but no one wants to see that shyt. Everyone wants to see high energy top rated action. Hell Cody matches already had given us that. And they already mix it up with the inclusion of real hardcore matches that we not seeing or seeing that much in other places

I agree. It's coming off as a glorified indy.

That Omega match would've been perfect if it was shorter.

I think the difference in the ways WWE and AEW are covered is what throws people off. It’s so clearly agenda based. I find it funny though


You’ll see a report like

“AEW demolishes NXT for the 4th week in a row with 856,000 viewers, down 12% from last week. They also smashed them in google trends, and came in second on the night with the 18 year old demo! Terrible look for WWE”


And then a few days later see “Smackdown had a disastrous average of 2.6 million viewers last night, slightly up from last weeks rating but still their second lowest rating since last weeks record low of 2.3 million. Terrible look for Vince McMahon. Shut the whole company down..”

No. I have an OBJECTIVE opinion. Because as a GROWN ASS MAN, I don't feel the need to "pick a side" and take wrestling for what its worth. A WORK, and a TV show. WWE has trash shyt. AEW has trash shyt. nikkas are like battered girlfriends that have been abused, so they'll accept the nikka that goes through their purse and give them herpes but thinks it's the best thing since sliced bread cause they don't receive a black eye everyday.
