So youre a spoiled ass nikka that's mad cause other nikkas noticed youre a spoiled ass nikka?
:camby:Get the entire fukk outta here ****!

Anyway, as a Jamaican i can say i agree wholeheartedly. Black is black, and trying to put down black americans when our countries are 3rd world is hypocritical to say the least. Only the best and brightest get to emigrate, so its not a fair representation in the first place. I can only speak for Jamaica, the rich black people are usually the biggest self hating c00ns i've ever encountered.

I'm sorry bruh, but Blacks are the envy of all other Africans. They wished they were natural citizens of the USA, the greatest and most prosperous lands. I could care less what a Panamanians, Brazilians, Puerto Ricans, English Blacks, French Blacks, Cubans, Dominicans, Trinidadians, Jamaicans, Nigerians, Ghanians, or whatever feels for me and all other Africans of American slave ancestry. We will never be one big group culturally, all of us different Africans, and so there is no love lost.

Only in America do black people look at West Indians/Africans as separate entities. If you're black, you're black. It doesn't matter where you were born.

Here in the UK, everyone just gets along together and prejudice only rears its ugly head when dating is involved :lolbron:

I grew up in Brooklyn and was surrounded by mad Carribeans. shyt my whole family is Jamaican. Only nikkas on the coli talk about that shyt.

Now if you meant Jamaicans not liking Haitians, then you'd have a point.

Black Americans are the most feared and respected people in the WORLD. Black American culture is just too dope and unique.

At the beginning of mean streets
This.

I remember I was watching the video for Gangstarr's "Code of the Streets" (one of my favorite's) and Guru and Premier are trying to get a cab into Brooklyn from Manhattan. They go through all sorts of drivers, white, arab, spanish, and they all say no. And then Guru asks an African cab driver the same thing and he says no. And then Guru says to him "Why? We both black man". That's that mentality in a nutshell. I feel like West Indians and Africans in America strive to be accepted more by white American society (even if it means throwing shade on AAs) than African Americans and are times naive and oblivious at times to the harsh racial politics of America. As well, I see how there's an attitude of wanting to be seen as "better" than African Americans that's counterproductive in the long run.

They got disparaging terms for blacks in they languages lol and the crazy thing is, AA's are the most removed from Africa (if even if you add in the New World colonies). But Africans be so quick to act like they different, or better or what have you. I'm only speaking for my own experience, I'm sure it's a lot of Africans that's out there that's down for the cause but the ones I've come across just look down us in conjunction with whitey.

Yall will never be like us in the USA. Whites look down at yall even more so than us, regardless if yall get educations and shyt. Yall aren't "American." I got love for all Africans but hey, if yall want to hate on us, there is no love lost.

I'm English, I don't hate on African Americans. Why would I? I posted that response because I see through your false pro black bullshyt. I'm black and of slave descent, my ancestors came to the Caribbean on the same boats that bought yours to America. I don't view any black person differently just because of where they come from.

Look, it's all love because I see every person of African descent as part of the family tree, but you are delusional if you think we are the same. We have our own culture and history. Your ancestors (excluding a 1st gen here and there) did not go through fight in the Civil War or go through Jim Crow, create Jazz and Rock N Roll, create leaders like MLK and Malcolm. You have your own historical and cultural signifiers to relate to and be proud of. To group every person of African descent as one big entity is doing a disservice to everyone.
