Ghee is no more or less healthy than butter, Its just clarified butter actually. Differences in nutrition are minimal.Ghee is waaayyy healthier than palm oil… matter of fact, I don’t think ghee is unhealthy whatsoever

I think it's prob because India is just one country and the African continent has over 50. So it's a bit less "centralized" than just blanket "Indian Food"
