I spent my youth in between the Duncan pjs and the Alabama pj's and if you know jersey real well and lived in them like I did, the notion of a group of people being evil based on their race is absurd when I'm 17 and everyone that tried to end my life for no reason has been black.. now I'm 26 living in sf with the evil whites a d Asians and shyt couldn't be sweeter out here

I know about Duncan Projects ...i grew up in Montgomery Projects...no doubt life was ruff in JC i also lived in Newark EO..and even the jersey shore for a year...and and many different races of people tried to end my life ...however your missing the point the OP was showing was white people not wanting blacks in their predominately white community...
i dont know what you living in SF and having it "sweet" has to do with anything...

Did you ever stop and ask why you had those experiences as a youth? How those conditions in those spaces were created and exasperated over time? its not as simple as "blacks were the only group trying to end my life," which is bullshyt by the way...instead of looking superficially at the conditions, you should dig a bit deeper and investigate how and why Black working and poor classes' spaces exist the way they do.
You may think shyt is sweet with whites and Asians, but you couldn't be more further from the truth homie

I know why it is breh.. the black ghettos that I come from are a result of slavery, the war on drugs, some racist policies intentionally created to destroy us and some that unintentionally destroyed us... but why should I use race as my primary motivation for moving somewhere? Places that are majority white are not intrinsically bad and places that are black are not intrinsically good.

A large number of people pool our money together and not think about what monetary profit we will gain from it and open these businesses in predominately black areas using this large club of black people to finance the business until its profitable enough for us to get our 10 dollar checks in the mail

the money would be pulled in order to hire competent management staff a building and hopefully we can work with black farmers to supply food.

after that the only problem becomes white people who control the wholesale companies instructing warehouses to not sell goods to the competition or raising prices for goods they sell to specific competitors in order to drive them out of business.

this is a large reason why so many black owned grocery stores have such terrible products a lot of times they did not get the same prices as some of the white owned chains or are refused outright

that's why this effort requires a lot of unity which is also the reason why it is very difficult to pull off.

I do feel like the first black millionaire or billionaire who decides to set up grocery store chains in black neighborhoods will definitely make a profit if he does it correctly
