I'm trying to figure out, what's so funny about the notion of black people not wanting to live in yt communities?
Let's look at Orthodox/Hasidic jews in Brooklyn.
They have their own businesses, of course, but they also have their own ambulance company (Hatzolah) and a police force(Shomrim). nikkas so bold, they have their shyt looking like NYPD vehicles.
Matter fact, they so bold they started assaulting black folks like the real NYPD
How can they do this, you ask? They keep their money in their community. Integration doesn't exist in their vocabulary. They'll make money off of gentiles, sure, but that's it. You rarely ever see these people shopping outside of their communities, they live only amongst each other. This is how they thrive and they know it.

There are less than 25 black owned banks in the country...and they're struggling to stay open.
I remember hearing something about how Atlanta has hundreds of black hair care stores and a whopping 6 of them are black owned.
My point is...When the black communities in major metropolises are weakened all black people in those areas suffer.

Want to be so inclusive of everyone...thinking putting race first (like everyone else does) is racist...The only group actively pushing for more integration while others been practicing segregation and pushing for less integration.

What you're saying sounds good... but the only way to realistically get this, is to either bring back housing covenants, or a self imposed Jim Crow.

I know the covenant house up in jersey & nyc was a group home but i dont get the correlation...
and as far as a self imposed Jim crow, i mean they are hunting us down, killing us and locking us up and out of
many establishments...
what im saying is lets make this work for us...lets turn our back on the establishment and build our own
and im almost certain that we will see an improved quality of life for black and brown people.

in LA, the reason why nearly all blacks lived in South Central, is because they weren't allowed to own/rent anywhere else....based upon covenants that forbade blacks from renting or owning property elsewhere.
black middle and upper class neighborhoods didn't exist in LA until after the Fair Housing Act passed
The reason why we can move anywhere our money can afford us to, and create black middle/upper class neighborhoods ( in theory) is because of the Fair Housing Act.
knowing what we know about Blacks moving into higher income neighborhoods... we should actively be causing white flight, taking over their school districts and their amenities.

The house I own and live in back in the states is in an upper middle class black community and I love it. Even though you should be able to, why would you want to live around people who don't want you there? Bragging rights?
