Blacks still chasing crackas I see...
And I'm tired of hearing that "nice schools, property value, feel safe" excuse.
If we're afraid to live around our own people.....why shouldn't cacs shoot us down in the streets and write letters to keep us out their communities? WE'RE AFRAID OF OURSELVES SO WHY SHOULDN'T THEY BE????
If our schools are crap, fix them up. Our neighborhoods not safe, make them so. Like that one broad biscuit keep saying, why are black men always running to the white man?
That family and many more like them only reinforce them cacs prejudice about us living in their neighborhoods.
Can't combat white supremacy by running g to be neighbors with them...
Its not nearly as easy as you're trying to make it seem.
You need millions of dollars of funding, to rebuild and resupply, and more qualified teachers to fix up a school. Better performing districts get their pick of teachers, and they pay more, so it's a neverending cycle when it comes to getting fantastic teachers, and most of the funding (at least hear in Ohio) is based around the property values of the surrounding neighborhoods, make it even more difficult.
Now I live in the highest performing public urban high school in Ohio (100% graduation/100% college acceptance) but one of the main issues (the same with the all-boys Chicago school) is that schools like these push kids out at the beginning (up to 60% to keep the good numbers).
"Keeping our neighborhoods safe," how do you suppose we do that? I can't stop a gangs, and I don't know a single person who does. I can't stop economic-related crimes (larceny/fraud), I can't stop rape or murder, and I can't stop drug dealing. How would you do that? What is your plan to stop something that not a single police force on the planet can stop?
Its not easy. I'm not even sure its possible. These are communities that are oftentimes made up of the abused descendents of slaves, childhood trauma i every generation, a lack of education severe enough to affect the very next generation.
Ladera Heights is in the middle of other White neighborhoods and has investment bankers, corporate bankers, lawyers, hedge fund managers, producers, engineers, and CEOs living it, we can't do the same without faultless community leaders in every single Black neighborhood.
Note how all insular communities in the US that are "thriving" have leaders. We need that. But its not a simple task to provide one, the ones who could lead tend to leave the communities.
